TotallyMoney £100 Amazon Voucher Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1. The prize draw is only open to customers of TotallyMoney who are residents of the UK and aged 18 years or over, except employees of TotallyMoney, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

1.2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you may win. TotallyMoney may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

1.3. TotallyMoney will not accept prize draw entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by computer;

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;

(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or

(d) incomplete.

1.4. TotallyMoney reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

1.5. Prize draw entries cannot be returned.

2. TOTALLYMONEY’S LICENCE TO USE YOUR PRIZE DRAW ENTRY (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS)

2.1. By entering the prize draw, you agree that TotallyMoney may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.totallymoney.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the prize draw or TotallyMoney’s services. You agree to grant TotallyMoney a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the prize draw entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the prize draw entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.

3. PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1. The prize draw is free to enter, and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

3.2. All entries must be submitted via SurveyGizmo, using the SurveyGizmo form that is accessible via the email received. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3.3. The opening date for entries is 17th January 2021. The closing date of the prize draw is 24th January 2021. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3.4. TotallyMoney accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

3.5. One winner will be chosen by random draw within 7 days of the closing date.

3.6. The winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher.

3.7. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond to TotallyMoney within 14 days of being notified by TotallyMoney, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and TotallyMoney will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

3.8. The prize will be sent to the winner by email or post within ten working days of being notified of their win.

3.9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered.

3.10. The prize is supplied by TotallyMoney Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06205695 which has its registered address at Chapter House, 16 Brunswick Place, London N1 6DZ. TotallyMoney reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond TotallyMoney’s control makes it necessary to do so.

3.11. TotallyMoney’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

3.12. The winners’ name and county can be obtained by sending an email to [email protected] within 90 of days after the closing date.

3.13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. TotallyMoney reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

3.14. TotallyMoney reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

3.15. Insofar as is permitted by law, TotallyMoney, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of TotallyMoney, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3.16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with TotallyMoney’s Privacy Notice.

3.17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

3.18. The promoter of this prize draw is TotallyMoney Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06205695 which has its registered address at Chapter House, 16 Brunswick Place, London N1 6DZ (and TotallyMoney Limited is referred to as “TotallyMoney” in these terms and conditions).
