If there’s one thing that binds an office together, it’s experiencing a collective adrenaline rush. That’s why we decided to visit Go Ape for our recent company outing.
Go Ape is basically an elevated obstacle course which demonstrates how doing seemingly simple tasks can become quite hard when performed 30 feet in the air.
This didn’t stop us from getting our harnesses on and clambering up into the trees in Battersea Park for some high-rope walking and zip-wire fun.
Of course, safety is the number one concern for the Go Ape team there so none of our staff members were in any danger, but it’s easy to forget this when the people on the ground are starting to look like Ants.
Thankfully the weather held out and no-one needed to be rescued, so it was a great day out. Plus any post-event nerves were quickly calmed by a brief visit to the pub.
