Customer Feedback Prize Draw

  1. Only TotallyMoney customers can enter the prize draw (and they must live in the UK and be 18 or over). TotallyMoney employees, their families, representatives, pets and third-party folk who are involved in organising the prize draw can’t enter. Sorry about that.
  2. It’s totally free to enter. You don’t have to buy anything.
  3. If you email our customer operations team, when the team responds you’ll be asked to leave feedback. Each time you leave feedback, you will be entered into our prize draw for that month (one entry per piece of feedback). If you don’t want to be entered into the prize draw, please email us at [email protected].
  4. Entries open at 00:00 on the first day of each calendar month. Entries close at 23:59 on the final day of each calendar month. Entries after this deadline will be entered into the following months draw.
  5. We won’t be responsible if we don’t get your entry because of a technical hitch.
  6. The winner will be chosen by a random draw. If you win, you’ll get a £50 Amazon voucher. Treat yourself!
  7. If you win, we’ll send you an email to say so. Emails will be sent in the first week of the following month. Keep an eye on your inbox. If we don’t hear from you within 1 week of sending you the email, we will pick another winner.
  8. We have to prove we’ve awarded the prizes. So, we’ll send a list of each winner’s surname and the county where they live to anyone who emails [email protected] within one month of the close date. If you win and you don’t want your surname and county to be included in this list, please let us know. You need to know that we may give your surname and county to the Advertising Standards Authority if they ask for it, even if you’ve been removed from the winners’ list.
  9. You can’t swap or transfer your voucher. We also can’t give you the equivalent in cash. Hopefully, with the amount on offer at Amazon, you can find something for you!
  10. If something happens that’s outside of our control and we can’t offer you the original voucher, we’ll give you a different prize that’s just as good or even better.
  11. Any decision we make about the prize draw is our own and is final. Sorry, we have to be those guys every now and then.
  12. By entering you are accepting these terms and conditions, so give them a proper read before you do. If you don’t play by the rules, we may not accept your entry or give you the prize.
  13. We can change, cancel, or suspend the prize draw if we really have to.
  14. If the prize draw causes you loss, we will not be responsible unless that loss is caused by our negligence (legal word for when we get something wrong) or the negligence of our agents or employees. Your statutory rights aren’t affected.
  15. Personal data is very topical nowadays. We’ll use yours in the ways we’ve set out in these terms and conditions and in line with our Privacy Notice.
  16. And, oh yeah, the law. Everything about the prize draw is governed by English law and by entering you submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
