The Promoter is TotallyMoney of White Collar Factory, 1 Old Street Yard, London, EC1Y 2AS.
The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, who are TotallyMoney customers with a car finance loan not taken out through TotallyMoney, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the promotion.
The survey is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
The survey must be completed via Typeform. Only one submission per person is permitted.
The survey must be completed by midnight on 01 August 2026 to be eligible for the promotion. Surveys submitted after this time will not qualify.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
Each participant who completes the survey in full will be entered into prize draw to win a £150 Amazon Gift Card. Two winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within 10 days from the survey closure mentioned above.
Each winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) and must acknowledge reception to claim the prize within 7 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected in accordance with the selection process. The £150 Amazon Gift Card will be sent to each winner by email within 14 working days of being notified of the win.
The £150 Amazon Gift Card is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon completing the survey. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the incentive to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these T&Cs, including the completion date mentioned above, at any time and without prior notice, should circumstances make this reasonably necessary. Any amendments to these T&Cs will be communicated to participants promptly.

This promotion will be governed by English law and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
