The survey must be completed via Typeform. Only one submission per person is permitted.
The survey must be completed by midnight on 30 June 2026 to be eligible for the promotion. Surveys submitted after this time will not qualify.

Each participant who completes the survey in full will receive a £5 Amazon Gift Card.
