New TV Advert: Anthea Turner Wowed by TotallyMoney Free Credit Report

Anthea Turner Wowed by TotallyMoney Free Credit Report

Superstar TV presenter Anthea Turner fronts the new TV advertising campaign
for TotallyMoney’s free credit report service.

LONDON, 20 APRIL 2018 – TotallyMoney’s award-winning free credit report service is designed to help customers improve their credit score. And a new advertising campaign starring Anthea Turner shows why everyone should sign up.
In the TV advert, former breakfast TV and Blue Peter presenter Anthea Turner is magically transported into the kitchen of TotallyMoney customers Julie and Dan. She is clearly impressed by the service from TotallyMoney that allows users to track their credit score and see why it’s changed. “I can see why TotallyMoney was named Best Credit Report Provider,” Anthea exclaims, “it’s so easy to understand.”
Full 30 second advert:

Anthea asks, “Does he have a big one?” (10 second):

“Six, seven, eight?” (10 second):

“It looks like she’s scored with him” (10 second):

The campaign will rotate with, and build on, the ongoing success of the award-winning Clive Tyldesley-fronted campaign from Sunday 22 April.
The commercial was directed by Michael O’Kelly and produced by Pete Roe for Recipe. O’Kelly, a BAFTA-nominated, award-winning director brings to life and draws out warm and funny performances from Katie Burgess as ‘Julie’, Matthew Melbourne as ‘Dan’ and Anthea as herself. Marcus Domeo created a bright, cheerful look that perfectly complements Joe Gardiner’s upbeat script.
As the action unfolds, Anthea’s engaging performance draws you into the gently surreal world – the kitchen counter doubles as the chat show desk, and even the crew get their moment in front of the camera. And viewers can look out for the three different 10” versions of the ad – each with its own cheeky surprise.
Nathan Levi, TotallyMoney’s Chief Marketing Officer says: “We wanted to extend the world that we created with our first campaign. Anthea was the perfect choice to interrupt Julie and Dan’s life this time – she’s instantly recognisable and totally natural in front of the camera.”

About the TotallyMoney Free Credit Report Service
TotallyMoney customers now have access to six years’ credit history information in a free credit report and receive real-time notifications to help them understand any changes in their live credit score.
Sign up for the Credit Report and Live Credit Score at https://www.totallymoney.com/free-credit-report/
TotallyMoney has also developed a unique, proprietary Borrowing Power algorithm. It uses information from both the customer’s live credit position and real-time market-wide lending data, to show them how likely they are to be accepted for credit, without impacting their credit rating.
While the Credit Report helps customers understand their financial history and their Live Credit Score tells them about their position today, Borrowing Power helps them build a better financial future.
Smarter credit decisions
The credit report data is provided by Callcredit, and TotallyMoney has designed these free tools to put customers in control and make smart borrowing decisions. Four tools put customers in control:

  1. Full Credit Report & Live Credit Score – your live score is updated each time you log in, and you can see the reasons for any changes in your score;
  2. Borrowing Power – a real-time view of the credit options available to you;
  3. Smart Alerts – notifications of changes in your credit report, score and Borrowing Power;
  4. Bespoke Personalisation –  simplified credit comparison and the reassurance of applying with confidence.

Customers can use this information to improve their credit score and boost their Borrowing Power. They can see their best credit matches ranked according to the TotallyMoney’s decision algorithm, Match Factor, and target their credit applications accordingly to give themselves the best chance of being accepted.
These new services build on the powerful, personalised credit comparison platforms that TotallyMoney has developed and that power some of the UK’s most forward-thinking financial brands.
Alastair Douglas, TotallyMoney CEO says: “Our mission has always been to help people get a better deal from the credit industry. And we believe that technology can bring about that change by empowering customers and challenging lenders.
“This suite of tools is available totally free for all TotallyMoney customers, and takes us a step closer to our goal of making credit better, by putting customers in control and helping them make smart borrowing decisions.
“We’ve built a product that gives everyone the best opportunity to make the most of their credit, no matter what their current status.”
About TotallyMoney
TotallyMoney provides customers with a free Live Credit Score & Report that puts them right at the centre of their credit data, helps them make smarter decisions and take control of their finances.
TotallyMoney’s unique Borrowing Power algorithm shows customers how likely they are to be offered credit by real-world lenders.
TotallyMoney is an independent credit broker, not a lender. It provides a free comparison service to customers, though they may be paid a fee by lenders. How much they get paid doesn’t influence how the service works or the ranking of any credit products presented to customers.
