Customers are TotallyMoney's first priority. That's why we've been working closely with lenders to get the best possible offers — helping our customers achieve their financial goals and move towards a better future.

We’re really excited to have partnered with Intelligent Lending over the last month to be able to offer an exclusive credit card which is only available through our website. Unlike other products, this isn't available anywhere else, including directly from the Ocean Credit Cards website, so TotallyMoney is the only place you can apply for this card.

It’s been designed specifically for people with lower credit scores in mind. That means, if used responsibility, it can help build a customer’s credit score and history, to give them even more credit options in the future.

The fact TotallyMoney can offer it exclusively to customers is an example of our commitment to help customers move their money forwards, by offering the best products for their individual needs and circumstances.

Using data to improve experiences

This isn’t the only way we’re working with lenders to improve the credit experience. We've also introduced dynamic guaranteed rates and guaranteed limits for cards and loans. This means partners can make soft searches through TotallyMoney, personalising the guaranteed rates and credit limits they offer to customers.

Without dynamic rates and limits, lenders will usually need to perform a hard search before showing a guaranteed limit or guaranteed rate. That means customers can end up with a much lower limit, or a much higher rate than they were expecting.

By using soft searches, we can show customers critical information without any impact on their credit score, so they’re not surprised by a different rate or limit compared to the one they saw when they applied.

Dynamic rates and limits are just another way TotallyMoney is using customer data to deliver a better, more transparent experience.

Making cards clearer, one step at a time

When it comes to looking for credit, we’ve made it even simpler for customers to identify which credit card card could help them achieve their financial goals. In addition to dynamic features, our app can now more clearly show that a card has guaranteed rates, guaranteed limits or offers pre-approval, helping customers to identify a card’s features at a glance.

Additionally, our Best Match algorithm now takes feature transparency, such as guaranteed limits and rates into consideration when ranking results, helping customers decide which card is right for them.

We will continue to work with lenders, and will never stop giving customers more transparency into what they’re applying for. And, as ever, we'll keep adding features to our app. That way, everyone’s financial situation can be simpler and easier to understand, so we can all achieve our goals and move our money forward.
