Stronger partnerships for better customer outcomes

TotallyMoney is on a mission to help everyone move their finances forward, and as of last week, we’re now doing that for an incredible 4 million customers

At our core we believe in the importance of building and nurturing strong partner relationships. At our recent event, Fintech for Everyone, we unveiled our Partner GOALs Programme . This stands for “Grow, Optimise and Learn”, and it’s a set of initiatives for how we help our partners scale quickly and responsibly, to deliver the best for our 4 million customers.

Growing together

TotallyMoney is growing fast — and we want our partners to grow with us. Our unique proprietary algorithm, MatchFactor, helps put our most suitable credit product in front of a customer to help them achieve their financial goals.

As we expand our offering, our 4 million customers will see more products, and newer products, from both traditional and emerging partners. Because of that, they’ll see the products that can help them achieve their financial goals. 

Our partners can focus on finding the right customers for their products, and our customers see the right products at the right time.

Merging finance and tech

With our large and quickly-growing customer base and an agile team, we are very much a go-to-market partner. We can also integrate these APIs in just one week.

We’ve already built a number of pre-API filters for our existing partners and are currently building bespoke filters to help further optimise performance. 

And it doesn’t stop there! We’ll be introducing open banking in 2022, which will allow our partners to use bank transaction data to make  more accurate decisions. It’ll also enhance the customer experience by offering greater personalisation, bringing them greater certainty in their applications.

Analyse and understand

We won’t just bring you the right customers, we’ll give an in-depth understanding of our customer base and the overall market. Our quarterly newsletter, Inside TotallyMoney, provides our partners with actionable insights, alongside key market updates and trends.

This allows our partners to better understand TotallyMoney’s service, so they can develop and launch products that more accurately and effectively address their needs. 

In all, our Partner GOALs Programme ensures growth for our partners, while  delivering customer-focused solutions.

Onwards and upwards

It’s been a busy end to 2021 at TotallyMoney. We’ve built numerous new integrations with our partners, brought new financial products to our app, and made our service even more customer-focused. 

But the work doesn’t stop there — far from it! The start of 2022 promises to be big. We’ll be bringing even more products to site, improving transparency between our partners and our customers, and continuing to help everyone move their finances forward.
