Media Ingenuity Limited and Lead Market Limited are part of the Media Ingenuity Group, together with MI Money Limited (“the MI Group”). Aside from owning and operating the TotallyMoney brand, the Media Ingenuity Group also owns and operates the brands Fluid (www.fluid.co.uk), Granite (www.granitecard.co.uk) and www.badcreditloans.org.uk (“MI Group brands”). 2 What information we collect from you
We may collect and process the following data about you:

The provision of our service may also require us to store the information you provide together with details of your financial information and to combine the information you provide on separate visits to our site. 3. Where we store your personal data

5. Where we disclose your information to third parties

In order to provide our services we need to disclose the information you entered into the site to the particular Product or Service Provider who provides the product or service you have applied for. This information is necessary to process your purchase or application. If you apply for a credit based product our Product or Service Provider may perform a search with a credit reference agency using the personal information we give to that Provider. You will be asked to consent to this use of your data before your application is submitted.

Where you have applied for a payday loan, our Product Providers may forward your details to a credit reference agency to carry out a search against your credit file before providing the loan. You will be asked to provide your consent to this check on the form page before your application is submitted.
