No sooner had I slung on the Uggs and loitered with intent around my thermostat, the UK’s weather did a triple backflip and produced a heat wave. As many on Twitter have been quick to point out, the UK is quite clearly holding Greece’s weather to ransom until the Greeks cough up some serious dosh.
As I get ready to make the most of the unexpected sun and Greece gets increasingly hot under the collar, let’s take a look at the best of the personal finance blogosphere this week…
First to the carnivals. Wealth Informatics was lovely enough to feature Mother Miser’s guest post on vegetarianism in this week’s Carnival of Personal Finance. My Personal Finance was also kind enough to include FruGal’s post on bringing debt into relationships in this week’s Yakezie Carnival. Big thanks!
As for the rest of the pick of the other posts…
Money Growers reminisce about the worst jobs they’ve ever had.
As for the best of TotallyMoney this week, FruGal shares her gift recycling rules, Viviana unveils the last in her three part series on luxury shopping on eBay and Kim shares recipes for autumn vegetables.
Have a splendid weekend everyone!
